Founded in 1996 according to the decision of the Minister of Economy and International Cooperation No. (114) of 1996, the company was established to produce plastic packaging from polypropylene and polyethylene, as well as to trade and sell these products. In 2016, the company expanded its activities to include real estate investment, diversifying its business and growth opportunities.

The factory employs approximately 360 staff members, including workers, technicians, engineers, chemists, and administrative personnel. Since the human element is crucial to operational efficiency and productivity, this industry is labor-intensive.
